Return & Refund Policy
We hope every piece you choose feels like the right one. But we know that sometimes a piece arrives and it isn't quite what you needed, and that's okay.
You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.
To be returned, a piece should be unworn, in its original condition, and back in its original packaging. We're not able to accept returns on earrings once they've been worn, for hygiene reasons, and anything marked final sale is not eligible.
To start a return, just email us at hello@overyourheartpieces.com with your order number and let us know which piece you'd like to send back. We'll walk you through it. Return shipping is covered by you, unless the piece arrived faulty or we sent the wrong item, in which case it's on us, always.
Once your return reaches us and we've had a chance to look it over, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
If you'd rather exchange a piece for something else, we'd love to help with that too. Same 14-day window, same email.
If a piece arrives damaged or there's something wrong with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right.
Shipping Policy
Every order is packed with care here in the US.
Once you place an order, please allow 1 to 3 business days for us to prepare and ship it. After that, delivery usually takes another 4 to 7 business days, so most orders arrive within about a week and a half.
Shipping is a flat rate at checkout, and it's free on every order over $75.
You'll get a confirmation email when your order is on its way, with tracking so you can follow it home.
We currently ship within the United States only. If you're outside the US and hoping to order, send us a note at hello@overyourheartpieces.com and we'll let you know if that's something we can do.
A gentle note: once a package leaves our hands, it's in the care of the postal service, and delivery times can shift a little during busy seasons or holidays. If your tracking ever looks stuck, reach out and we'll help you chase it down.
