Every order is packed with care and ships within 1 to 3 business days, then takes about 4 to 7 business days to reach you. Shipping is a flat rate, and free on orders over $75. You'll get tracking by email when it's on the way. We ship within the US for now.

If a piece isn't quite right, you have 14 days from delivery to start a return or exchange. Pieces should be unworn and in their original packaging. Worn earrings and final sale items can't be returned. Email hello@overyourheartpieces.com with your order number and we'll walk you through it.

Each piece is anti-tarnish coated to hold its shine, but it isn't waterproof. A few gentle habits keep it looking its best:

• Keep it out of water. Take it off before showering, swimming, or washing up.
• Avoid lotions, perfumes, and sprays directly on the piece.
• Store it somewhere safe and dry when you're not wearing it, like the pouch it arrived in or a jewelry box.
• Wipe it gently with a soft cloth now and then to bring back its glow.
